6 years old!

Today little Isaac tout urned six years old!!! Isaac loves hockey so he had a hockey birthday party. Isaac loves sports and loves to play the wii. Tonight he was so excited because he has a six pack (aka ribs). Isaac likes to stay up late with Mike and I he says "I can't wait to be a dad so I can have quiet time with out my kids". Hmmm, I wish I could have quiet time. Every night makes him self a late night snack which is usually a hot dog. He also sleeps on our floor every night. Isaac continues to crack us up every day:) For the next 2 weeks we will have two six year olds at our house! Love you Isaac Happy Birthday!!!

This is my first attempt to try making a fondant cake. I tried to find hockey figurines every where with no success so I made this funny guy instead:)

20 months!

Our little Lukie turned 20 months this week! He now weighs 17 lbs 2 oz and 25 inches. GI are happy with who well he is doing but they are disappointed he is not growing more. He should be close to the same size as other kids his age. I asked if we could have more time off TPN, they said no if anything we should and more time, and I said no. So they are trying a high calorie formula instead. Some new words he says: whoo whoo haa haa (monkey), baby, and our favorite new word is back pack. He says back pack when he crawls too far and needs to have someone follow him. He is very excited that big brothers have back packs too, when they go out the door to school he says back pack back pack! Lukie also points to his nose, mouth, teeth, and his favorite-ears. He loves to play and loves his big brothers. And guess what the other day he took his very first step! We are still working on his confidence but we were all very proud of him, and so was he! Lukie is so fun and is really turning into a little boy!
