Day 2 Magic Kingdom

This morning when the kids woke up Kaleb was looking all over for the gift from the "gift fairy".  I told him the gift fairy only comes when we are gone to park.  He was very excited to see what surprize would be waiting for us when we got back home.  We ate breakfast at the gingerbread house.  One of the sweet volunteers came to our table and welcomed us to the village.  He said "how often do people tell you your kids are special?  When was the last time someone told you that you are special?  Well I'm telling you that you are.  It is hard to be a caregiver to a special needs child.  Let us take care of you this week!  Will you let us do that?"  This was very heart felt and is just what Mike and I needed to hear.  We had to beg the kids to go to Magic Kingdom!  The kids wanted to stay at the village.  Kaleb said "Give Kids the World is just so Peaceful, I never want to leave".
We got our pictures taken with Squidward for Sponge Bob Square pants and then left to Magic Kingdom.
The Gingerbread house where we it breakfast is full of dolls and stuffed animals.
Disneyworld is a little different than Disneyland.  First we took a tram from our car to the monorail then to the park.
Small World Ride.  We had a hard time finding this ride because it is hiding inside a building.  Not outside like Disneyland.  I think this was Lukie's fav ride at this park.

You can't go to Disney without buying a Pineapple Float!  And Lukie with his cup of water:)
Mike and Jayden wore Monsters inc hats.  There is a very fun Monsters inc show.  It is a comedy that interacts with the audience.  We went to the show twice, both times the kids were chosen to be in the show.  Isaac's face was so surprised!  It was really fun.
Lukie was a little nervous about seeing characters.  The only one he wanted to see was Peter Pan.
 Waiting for the parade.
Lukie and Isaac danced in the street while we were waiting for the parade to begin.
The Country Bears show.  I remember watching this as a kid in Disneyland.  It is no longer there so it was fun to see it again.
Isaac tried to act brave and go on Splash Mountain and Space mountain with the big boys.
Little guy was worn out.  Luckily there is a Wish Family lounge where I could take Lukie to quiet place to rest.  This is Lukie's "magic button" he wore to get special attention from characters.  We also had a Guest Assistance pass so we didn't have to wait in lines for rides or to see characters.  We also had special seating for shows.
I think this picture tells how we all felt by the end of the night.  We spent 12 hours at the park and went on almost every ride!
They had an amazing show on the castle.  They showed hundreds of pictures that were taken that day in the park.  If you look closely you can see our family picture.  The castle also changed colors followed by fireworks.
This is the gift left by the "gift fairy".  2 board games and Universal back packs for the kids.
At GKTW you can order pizza to your villa any time.  The boys agreed they all want a late night snack pizza.  The clock is proof that it was almost 10:30pm!
